We strive to ensure that every art print reflects the true colors and details of the original artwork. However, due to variations in screen settings, monitor calibrations, and printing processes, the colors you see on your screen may differ slightly from the final printed product.
Due to the nature of art prints, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@justinbilyeu.com within 5 days for a replacement.

Free U.S. shipping via FedEx/UPS/USPS, which ever is cheapest at the time of shipping.
4. Packaging & Protection
Our prints are carefully packaged to ensure there will be no damage during shipment.
Stretched canvas prints are shrink-wrapped, followed by foam, or bubble wrap. It is then sealed in a corrugated box and shipped via FedEx/UPS/USPS. For large-volume orders, pallet shipping via truck may be used. Rolled canvas prints are mailed inside a kraft tube.
We protect our fine art paper prints by placing them into a clear plastic bag before shipping. After being bagged, art prints up to 9x12" are mailed inside cardboard stay-flat envelopes. Prints larger than this are mailed inside kraft mailing tubes.
