Due to the nature of art prints and made-to-order merchandise, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we're here to help!
Damaged Orders:
Please contact us at contact@justinbilyeu.com within 5 days of delivery. Include:Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged item
A photo of the packaging (if possible)
Once we receive the information, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages:
If your tracking information shows that your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out. We’ll work with you to locate the package or issue a replacement if appropriate.
